Educational Qualifications

• 1984 Graduated in Civil Engineering From MIT, Manipal-- Mysore University
• Post graduate Program in “Concrete Technology and Construction from Institute of Concrete Technology”, UK.

He is a Civil Engineer from P.E.S.College of Engineering, Mandya. Has a Masters Degree in Management. He has completed with Distinction Concrete Technology Courses from City & Guilds institute London.

Started his career as a Site Engineer. Worked in many Construction Chemicals companies at Various positions . In construction Chemicals field worked on development of Superplasticiers, application of different products etc.

Worked in Saudi Arabia for MBT , as Concrete Technologist. Development of lightweight concrete for a large precast company was major work.

Worked as QA/QC Manager for ALTURKI, OMAN, for their Readymix Company, managing Quality of more than 5 lakh m3 of high Volume GGBS concrete for marine structures.

Worked as Technical Manager for RMC Readymix(India)Pvt ltd, where extensive trials were done for Commercial utilization of Flyash was done in 1999/2000. Worked extensively on Triple blends ,ternary blends of concrete leading to optimization of Concrete mixtures.

While working as General Manager (Technical) for RMC Readymix (India)Pvt Ltd, continued development of different Types of Concrete, continued higher utilization of SCMs for commercial applications.

Worked as Director, Marketing & Technical for ECMAS construction Chemicals Pvt Ltd, introduced to Indian market one of its kind waterproofing Systems.

Presently working as Executive Director for AMAZECRETE PRIVATE Limited and Director QCRETE Readymix(India)Pvt Ltd. Presently working with novel additives for making sustainable, Ecofriendly, economical concretes.

Published many articles in journals on various concrete related subjects.

Given more than 200 lectures, webinars in various forums on concrete related subjects.
