Icrete
Icrete is a blend of naturally occurring minerals and high performance supplementary cementitious materials that are chemically modified. Icrete is made primarily from waste byproducts generated by other industries, by products that would normally be placed into landfills. The consistent chemical composition and tightly controlled particle size distribution result in highly reactive and superior quality product for concrete applications.
Icrete by its action with cement, cementations material reduces permeability and enhance durability.
Icrete felicitates use of lesser cement more industrial waste like flyash, GGBs, etcs making concrete more greener / sustainable concrete.
By incorporating Icrete at 0.7% to 2.5% reduction of cement / cementitious contents are possible. Also Icrete allows more flyash or GGBS to be used in concrete hence better economy to concrete producer / owner.
